Tasmania, Australia | Seven-day mountain and sea trip

Take a boat out to sea in the morning, and taste abalone and sea urchin freshly caught by the crew in a quiet harbor, accompanied by delicious lobsters and oysters.
In the afternoon, visit a small boutique winery in Coal River Valley for wine tasting. The climate here is cool, famous for Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay, and the style is simple.
In the evening, the guide will recommend a local bistro with no reservations, and its wine list is outstanding. While waiting for dinner, you can taste Tasmania craft bread at the bar across the street.

Take a bus to the pier and change to the ferry to the car-free Maria Island. Explore spectacular fossil cliffs and long sandy beaches by cycling or hiking, and you are likely to meet wombats and kangaroos.
Then drive about 1.5 hours to Fishina National Park and stay in an eco-holiday home adjacent to the bay, with an easy walk to the beach.

Hike Mount Hazard in the early morning, follow the eucalyptus forest trail to the white sandy beaches of Wineglass Bay, and maybe meet the morning kangaroos. Continue to the quiet beach and enjoy a picnic lunch in the shade of trees. Then take a stroll along the beach and take a speedboat back to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the shallow sea oyster farm barefoot, learn about the breeding skills, taste freshly opened oysters and cooked mussels, accompanied by white wine.

Day 5 East Coast Wine Tasting Tour to Cradle Mountain
Drive to Cradle Mountain National Park with wine tasting stops at two East Coast wineries along the way. This producing area has a long history, influenced by the ocean and mountain breeze, and is famous for its unique flavors of Pinot Noir and Syrah.
