Center channel: Thai QC brand full-range 3.5-inch aluminum alloy box unit (comes with precision metal box)

Rear surround channel: A pair of Aiwei M 3.6 full-range speakers

System architecture design and working logic: Front sound field adoptionActive frequency division drive mode, the DSP power amplifier independently controls the tweeter and midwoofer units to achieve the most accurate adjustment. In order to simplify the system and make efficient use of resources, the rear door horn is temporarily directly driven by the original main engine. The newly added center channel and rear surround channel are driven by the channels reserved by Aiwei DSP power amplifier. Danish B 2 active subwoofer works by receiving the pure RCA low-level signal output by DSP power amplifier to ensure the quality of low-frequency signal source.

All horn mounting gaskets have been professionally treated with waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coatings before assembly, which is the basis for ensuring their long-term stability.

Many riders have asked why the listening background of our modified sound system is extremely quiet and the sound presentation is extremely natural. One of the crucial physical reasons is that weEliminate any form of “air leakage”。 Through the precise treatment and sealing of the installation interface, an ideal working environment is created for the speaker unit, which is the prerequisite for obtaining clean and solid mid-low frequencies.

Regarding the handling of horn terminals, we have a set of clear and adherent standards:Soldering is prohibited。 Because high-temperature welding will cause irreversible physical and chemical changes in the precious metal coating or material of the terminal blocks, which will subtly affect the signal conduction characteristics and final sound quality. The view that “welding is the strongest and most perfect” is actually a misunderstanding. On the contrary, using high-quality crimping terminals and scientific construction is a professional approach with higher cost and more technical content, rather than a low-cost solution to save trouble.

The Aiwei tweeter achieves precise in-situ installation on both sides of the instrument panel, and is visually perfectly integrated with the original car interior.

The installation of the magic cube speaker in the rear sound field also follows strict sealing and fixing standards.

The Aiwei rear surround horn is carefully installed in the rear surround position reserved for the original car (but not equipped with horn), filling the regret of the original factory configuration.

After the effect of rear surround installation and restoration, there is no trace of later installation at all.

The center channel uses a full-frequency unit with a precision aluminum alloy cabinet from QC in Thailand. The metal box brings higher rigidity and lower resonance, which makes the mid-frequency sound density extremely high and the frequency response range wide, effectively improving the focus and dialogue clarity of the front sound field.

Danish B 2 active subwoofer cabinet is placed in the trunk, and its integrated design saves installation space and wiring complexity.

When all hardware is installed to the highest standards, the whole project enters the most decisive stage-Professional Audio Debugging。 Start to scientifically set and fine-tune the level, frequency division point, equalization, delay and other parameters of all channels.
