In order for each unit of Biwei speakers to unleash the full potential contained in its original design, providing it with a customized cabinet that meets the official strict acoustic parameter requirements is the first prerequisite. The first step of our upgrade is to create an exclusive “acoustic home” for the speakers in the doors. Below is the complete detailed process of making the door panel box from scratch.

All box components are first cut and formed from high-quality plates through high-precision numerical control (CNC) engraving machines, ensuring that the size, angle and radian of each piece of material are exact, laying a solid foundation for subsequent precision assembly.





According to the box model, the inside of the original door panel is accurately polished and trimmed to ensure that the customized box can be embedded tightly and firmly combined with the original car structure.

Fabrication and installation of box guide pipe. This is one of the most critical links to determine the low-frequency response, timbre and efficiency of the cabinet. Its length, diameter and opening position have been strictly acoustically calculated.

The door panel interior custom box body is assembled, fixed and finished with the final effect of the preliminary treatment. A robust, sealed and volume-accurate acoustic environment has been formed.

Finally, the pre-modified decorative panel, which combines practicality and aesthetics, is installed in place to complete the reconstruction of the internal structure of the door panel.

The customized bass cabinet is firmly fixed on the body sheet metal to ensure that it is stable and silent when the vehicle is driving.

After the successful completion of the entire vehicle sound insulation and noise reduction project, the standardized layout of the entire vehicle audio system wires began. All power lines, signal lines and speaker lines follow the principle of “shortest path, avoiding interference and firm fixation”, which is the basic guarantee of good sound.

The Alpine A 09 flagship player host and the auxiliary battery specially added for the audio system are hidden and reasonably installed under the driver’s seat, which is convenient to operate without taking up space.

The Laifu single-channel power amplifier, which is responsible for driving the subwoofer, and the Biwei power manager, which is used to purify and stabilize the power supply of the whole vehicle, are installed side by side under the passenger seat, with regular layout and good heat dissipation.


The Aiwei four-channel power amplifier that drives the front sound field speaker is hidden and installed in the decorative panel on the left side of the trunk.
