The new generation Toyota Highlander has successfully attracted many young consumer groups who pursue quality of life with its more dynamic and youthful design language. Car audio system upgrade, as an in-depth consumption that focuses on internal experience, usually won’t get involved easily unless the owner himself has high requirements and love for music listening. 1. Sound source host: Keep the original owner machine, make full use of its improved audio output quality, and ensure system integration and functional integrity.
2. Audio processing core: Equipped with two China Aiwei DSP 6-V 3 DSP power amplifier all-in-one machines. The dual DSP architecture can provide more abundant independent processing channels and power reserves for multi-channel systems, and realize refined independent management and driving of front, rear, surround and subwoofer channels.
3. Front sound stage main system: Choose Japanese PHASS PE 170 P 3 three-way speaker set. This series is famous for its unique woofer unit in wool paper basin. The timbre is natural and warm, the mid-frequency vocals are full of emotion, and the high frequencies are transparent and delicate. It is an ideal choice for reproducing high-quality vocals and instrumental music.
4. Rear sound field assist system: Matched with the Japanese PHASS S 12-02 two-way package speaker, it serves as a sound field supplement for the rear passengers, ensuring the unity and coherence of the sound atmosphere of the entire car.
5. Rear surround enhancement system: Add a pair of Thai QC 3.5-inch broadband built-in cabinet speakers. Its closed box design is conducive to the clear restoration of sound, and is specially used to enhance the surrounding feeling and spatial dimension of the sound field.
6. Ultra-low frequency system: Using the American Rockford Fosgate R 2 series 10-inch subwoofer unit, and tailoring an exclusive complementary cabinet for it. The combination is designed to deliver a deep, punchy and well-controlled ELF response.
7. Dedicated power amplifier for subwoofer: Equipped with music system AU 500.1 D single-channel high-power amplifier, which is specially used to drive subwoofer to ensure sufficient power and control at low frequencies.
8. Full car audio cable: Using German BANEY A 3 series professional audio cable to ensure low loss and high fidelity of signal transmission.
9. Basic acoustic treatment: The four doors implement the Japanese Flute God sound insulation project to suppress the resonance of the door sheet metal and improve the sound environment of the speakers.

Front Soundstage Installation:

The PHASS PE 170 P 3 mid-woofer unit is installed in place on the door panel. Its unique wool mixed paper cone diaphragm can bring extremely natural and true medium and low frequency timbre, and its sound lines are clean, refreshing and elastic. It is especially good at performing popular music, fever vocals and other performances that pay attention to emotion and texture.

A-pillar tweeter and midrange unit installation:
The treble and midrange units are installed through a precisely calculated A-pillar inverted mold.

Directivity calibration is the soul of sound field shaping.Through precise installation angle adjustment, it is ensured that high-frequency energy can directly and evenly cover the main listening area, which directly determines the width and depth of the final sound field and the image positioning of musical instruments and vocals, and is the key to creating a “stage feeling”.

Rear Sound Field Installation:
The back door is also equipped with PHASS two-way package.

The installation position and angle of the rear door tweeter have been specially considered.

In the limited rear space, through fine pointing design, we strive to provide rear passengers with a listening experience with a sense of direction and hierarchy, and realize the modification pursuit of “small space, loud field”.

Rear surround system installation:
Thailand QC broadband units are installed at the rear of the cabin (e.g. D-pillar or rear platform).

The design of its built-in cabinet ensures the clarity and efficiency of sound. The main function of the rear surround is not simply to increase the volume, but under professional DSP adjustment,Subtly supplement the spatial information behind the sound field, enhance the surround feeling of sound and atmosphere immersion, and make the overall sound field outline fuller and the positioning more vivid, avoid all sounds coming from the front.

Subwoofer system installation:
The American Laifu ten-inch subwoofer is embedded in a customized replenishment box and installed on the side wall of the trunk or reserved space.

Integrated installation of electronic equipment:
Two Aiwei DSP power amplifiers and music system bass power amplifiers are hidden and installed at the bottom of the front seats.

This ensures that the equipment is safe, tidy, facilitates heat dissipation, and facilitates future maintenance and fine-tuning.

System Soul: Specialized Multi-Channel Tuning
After all the hardware is installed, enter the most critical tuning stage. Professional tuning is essential for such a complex multi-channel system (including front three-way, back two-way, back surround and independent subwoofer).

The tuning goals are:Let every seat in the car become a “golden seat” for listening.。 The level, frequency division point, phase and millisecond delay of each channel are finely adjusted by DSP to achieve accurate synchronization of sound in time and space. The final effect is to pursue:
