Day 1 Arrival in Hobart

Fly to Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, and pick up to the hotel by special car. The hotel offers views of the harbour and is within walking distance of the city’s popular restaurants and bars.

Day 2 Hobart City and Bay Experience

Take a boat out to sea in the morning, taste abalone and sea urchin caught by the crew on the spot in a quiet harbor, accompanied by lobsters, oysters and fine wine, and enjoy the sea breeze.

 

In the afternoon, visit a small boutique winery in Coal River Valley and experience wine tasting. The climate here is cool, famous for producing Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay, and maintains a unique temperament of simple and anti-commercial.


In the evening, the guide will recommend a local bistro without reservation for dinner. Its wine list is outstanding, and you can taste Tasmania craft beer at the bar across the street while waiting.

Day 3 Explore Maria Island and go to Fisina

Take the bus to the pier and change the ferry to the car-free island-Maria Island. By riding or hiking, explore spectacular shellfish fossil cliffs and long sandy beaches, and you are likely to meet wombats and kangaroos. The ferry voyage itself is also an experience of enjoying the sea view.


Then drive about 1.5 hours to Fishina National Park and stay in an eco-holiday home adjacent to the bay. The hotel restaurant is of excellent quality and easy walking distance to the beach.

Day 4 Visit to the Secrets of Fishina National Park
Early morning hike across Hazard Mountain, follow the Eucalyptus Grove Trail to the white sandy beaches of Wineglass Bay, and perhaps meet the morning kangaroos. Continue to another quiet beach and enjoy a prepared picnic lunch in the shade of trees. Then stroll along the beach to the scheduled location and take a speedboat back to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the shallow sea oyster farm barefoot, learn about the skills of oyster breeding and oyster opening, taste freshly opened oysters and cooked mussels, accompanied by white wine.

Day 5 East Coast Wine Tasting Tour to Cradle Mountain

Drive to Cradle Mountain National Park with wine tasting stops at two East Coast wineries along the way. This producing area has a long history, influenced by the ocean and mountain breeze, and is famous for its unique Pinot Noir and Syrah wines.

Day 6 Cradle Mountain Trek and the “Tasmanian Devil”

Depending on your physical strength and weather, the guide will accompany you on a suitable hike (3-7 hours), enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains, forests and lakes, and possibly meet wombats again.
In the evening, under the guidance of zoologists, observe the interaction and eating behavior of the nocturnal animal Tasmanian devil (also known as the “Tasmanian devil”) at close range, and learn about its habits.

Day 7 Return
