A seven-day epic journey chasing the aurora in the Swedish Arctic wasteland.

 

Essence of the itinerary:

① Enjoy the secret land of Lapland wilderness privately, select two characteristic wild luxury habitats, hide on the banks of dense forests and ice lakes, and wait for the aurora in a unique way.

② Stay in a modern wooden cabin renovated from a lumberjack’s cabin in the 19 th century, equipped with an exclusive chef, sauna room and open-air warm pool.

③ Stay in a wild luxury wooden cabin inspired by Sami’s tent; Experience the Ice Lake Sauna and challenge the courage to jump into the ice cave.

④ Ride snowmobiles, dog sledding, snowshoe hiking, cross-country skiing or hot air ballooning to enjoy diverse winter adventures.

⑤ Visit local Sami families, get close to reindeer, and share traditional lunch with their owners.

Itinerary

 

Day 1 Arrival in Stockholm

Fly to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and take you to the hotel for rest.

Day 2 Flying to Arctic Lapland

Catch a flight to the Lapland wilderness in northern Sweden. Today, stay in a single-family historical wooden house hidden in a quiet forest, enjoy a world to yourself, and feel the distance and tranquility of the Arctic frontier.


Built in the 19 th century as a lumberjack’s residence, the wooden house has been carefully renovated and rejuvenated: oak insulation walls, open fireplaces, Nordic-style furniture and black granite bathrooms complement each other. The attached sauna room and open-air constant heating pool allow you to enjoy warmth in the bitter winter.


During your stay, a private chef will prepare seasonal delicacies accompanied by a selection of fine wines.

Days 3 and 4 Wilderness Deep Exploration

Have two complete activity days, and you can choose one of the following events every day:

○ Don your snowshoes and explore the silent winter forest on foot
○ Get on cross-country skis and slide across the vast frozen lake
○ Combine snowshoe hiking and cross-country skiing to experience the wilderness from multiple angles
○ Explore valleys and streams on a snowmobile drive and enjoy lunch by a campfire
○ Take an evening ride to the best observation spots and chase the dancing northern lights

Day 5 Switching Camp and Polar Galloping
Awaken in the morning light and the silence of the forest. After breakfast, we will change accommodation and head to the wilderness cabin adjacent to the ice lake, inspired by the traditional Sami tent. The last section of the forest trail leading to the wooden cabin needs to be transferred to snowmobiles, which adds to the adventure interest.

After settling in, drive the dog sled yourself and fly across the boundless white Yuan Ye. The camp also provides free snow bikes and snowshoes, so that you can explore the surrounding forest trails and ice lakes on your own.

Day 6 Sami Culture and Ice and Fire Challenge

In the morning, visit the Sami aboriginal families who have lived here for generations, get close contact with tame reindeer, learn about the ancient Sami culture, and be invited to have a traditional lunch with the host family.


In the afternoon, walk from the camp to the frozen lake, where there is a sauna room and an ice hole cut outside the door. Why not pluck up the courage and experience the ultimate ice and fire challenge of jumping from the hot sauna room into the biting lake water?

Day 7 Return to China

Drop off by special car and take an international flight back to China, successfully concluding this journey to the Arctic wilderness and aurora.
