The Barney brand speaker cable selected this time uses high-quality 7 N single crystal copper as the conductor material. During the whole modification process, the production of the subwoofer complementary box is particularly time-consuming and tests skills. The concave structure of the side wall of the FJ trunk is complex. It is far from as simple as it seems to manually create a box with precise volume, solid structure and completely integrated appearance with the original car. From skeleton construction, volume calculation to surface shaping, every step requires rich experience and great patience.

The core woofer unit, American DD eight-inch subwoofer, is famous for its compact size, surging energy and precise control, and has won the sales champion of the same level for two consecutive years, and its performance and reputation have been fully verified by the market.

The effect after the subwoofer cabinet is finally made and installed in place. Its surface coating material is highly matched with the texture and color of the original car interior, achieving visual “stealth” and “zero encroachment” in space.

The final low-frequency effect not only fully meets the owner’s expectations, but also brings surprises that exceed expectations in terms of texture, dive depth and speed.

The core electronic equipment is installed in a concealed way. An Alpine four-channel power amplifier and a Magic Cube DSP digital audio processor are integrated and installed under the passenger seat, saving space and facilitating heat dissipation.

Another Alpine high-power single-channel power amplifier used to drive subwoofer is symmetrically installed under the driver’s seat to achieve a balanced distribution of weight and a neat layout of the system.

After the installation of all post-stage equipment, the overall layout effect and orderly wiring reflect the specifications and aesthetics of professional modification.

In professional modification, safety and details are never ignored.
