Fly to Swalwell Airport, pick up by special car, and it takes about 1 hour to drive to Swalwell Town. There is a strong bar culture here. In the evening, you might as well walk into a local tavern and taste local specialty beer.
Hotel: Sonnes Walwell Hotel
Board a catamaran in the early morning, sail into a narrow fjord surrounded by towering mountain peaks against the sea breeze and morning light, and enjoy one of the most spectacular fjord scenery in Norway. After the boat is moored, you will experience stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in calm waters, and get close to the waves, rock walls and waterfalls from a unique perspective. On the return voyage, the crew will guide you through the joys of sea fishing.
Estimated return to the dock at 4 p.m. After a short rest, take about an hour’s bus to the warm cabin between the mountains and the beach. Stay here for two consecutive nights.

In the morning, under the guidance of professional instructors, learn basic surfing skills in the cold North Atlantic waters, including paddling, starting, standing posture and board control. After the activity, soak in the outdoor hot pool facing the sea and drink a glass of cold beer, which is full of comfort.
In the afternoon, you can choose one of the following experiences according to your preference:
○ Hike to the top of the mountain and overlook the vast scenery of the North Atlantic Ocean (about 3 hours on foot; in summer, you can go in the early morning to enjoy the fantastic midnight sun).
For dinner, head to an organic farm to learn how young Norwegian couples practice sustainable agriculture, and taste their homemade plant-based drinks, hand-baked kiln pizzas and heart-warming desserts.

According to the learning progress of the day before yesterday, the instructor will help you further improve your surfing skills. In the afternoon, go to a cheese farm, visit the workshop and learn how fresh goat milk is transformed into cheese, and taste this gift from nature for yourself.
Change accommodation tonight and stay in a cozy residence converted from a traditional fisherman’s cabin in a tranquil harbor. Stay here for two consecutive nights.

In the morning, reach the towering cliff by kayaking or hiking, and experience the excitement of descending from the top to the ground with the help of ropes under professional guidance. In the afternoon, hike to a hidden beach that is inaccessible to vehicles. Emerald waters caress the sandy beach, flanked by steep cliffs that rise up to 500 metres high.
After the hike, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine with the sound of the waves, and then dispel your fatigue in the open-air hot tub and sauna at the end of the fjord.

Day 6 Fishing Village Scenery and Midnight Sun Kayaking
In the morning, I took a bus through several traditional fishing villages with the most beautiful scenery in Lofoten Islands, and stopped to take pictures at any time. Time passed quietly in the beautiful scenery. Then hike along the mountain trail to the peak at an altitude of 450 meters, and enjoy the dotted islands and colorful fishing villages from a near-bird’s-eye view.
It is expected to return to the residence at 4 pm to rest and have dinner. In the soft light of the midnight sun, kayak and explore the coastline and peaks, and listen to the symphony of birdsong and waves.
